Easy Badge - Services Agreement

Welcome in Easy Badge

These terms ("Conditions") cover your use of the Sequor consumer products, websites and services listed at the end of these Terms here ( the ” Services “). here ( i ” Services "), You agree to these Terms by creating an Easy Badge account, by using the Services, or by continuing to use the Services after receiving notification of a change to these Terms.


1. Your privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read the Privacy Policy Easy Badge ( (l'” Privacy Policy Easy Badge “) as it describes the types of data we collect from you and your devices (“ Data ”), how we use your data and the legal basis we have to process your data. The Privacy Policy also describes the way in which Sequor uses your content, i.e. your communications with others; messages sent by the user to Sequor through the Services; and the files, photos, documents, audio, digital works, live streams and videos that you upload, store, transmit or share via the Services (" Your Content). Where processing is based on consent and to the extent permitted by law, by accepting these Terms, you consent to Sequor's collection, use and disclosure of your Sequor collection, use and disclosure of your Content and Data as described in the Privacy Policy. In some cases, Sequor will provide a separate notice and ask for your consent as indicated in the Privacy Policy.

2. Your Content's

Many of our Services allow you to store or share your Content or to receive material from others. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your content remains your content and you are responsible for it.

  • When you share your content with other people, you understand that they may be able, on a worldwide basis, to use, save, record, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, share and display your content for the purpose for which you have made your content available on the Services, without any compensation. If you do not want others to have that ability, please do not use the Services to share your content. You represent and warrant that during the term of these Terms, you have (and shall have) all necessary rights to your Content uploaded, stored, or shared on or through the Services, and that the collection, use, and retention of your Content will not will violate any law or third party rights. Sequor does not own, control, verify and pay for.
  • To the extent necessary to provide the Services to you and others, to protect you and the Services, and to improve Sequor's products and services, you grant Sequor a worldwide, royalty-free intellectual property license to use of User Content, such as to make copies, store, transmit, reformat, display and distribute via communication tools your Content on the Services. If you post Your Content in areas of the Service where it is widely available online without restriction, Your Content may appear in demonstrations or materials promoting the Service. Some of the Services are supported by advertising. Controls on how Sequor personalises advertising are available during registration. We do not use what you say in emails, chats, video calls or voice messages, or your documents, photos or other personal files to target advertising to you. Our advertising policies are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

3. Code of Conduct

  • a. By accepting these Terms, you agree that when you use the Services, you will follow these rules:
    • i. Don't do anything illegal.
    • ii. Do not engage in any activity that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm children.
    • iii. Do not spam or participate in phishing. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited bulk email, postings, contact requests, SMS (text messages), instant messages, or similar electronic communications. Phishing is sending email or other electronic communications to fraudulently or illegally trick recipients into revealing personal or sensitive information, such as passwords, birthdates, social security numbers, passport numbers, credit card information , financial or other sensitive information, or to gain access to accounts or records, theft of documents or other sensitive information, payment and/or financial advantage.
    • iv. Do not publicly display or use the Services to share inappropriate content or materials (for example, involving nudity, bestiality, pornography, offensive language, graphic violence, or criminal activity) or your Content or materials that do not comply with local laws or regulations.
    • v. Not engage in any activity that is fraudulent, false, or misleading (for example, soliciting money under false pretenses, impersonating someone else, manipulating the Services to increase play counts, or influencing rankings, ratings, or comments) or libelous or defamatory.
    • vi. Do not circumvent any restrictions on access to or availability of the Services.
    • vii. Do not engage in activities that are harmful to you, the Services, or others (e.g., transmitting viruses, stalking, posting terrorist or violent extremist content, communicating hate speech, or inciting violence against others).
    • viii. Do not infringe on the rights of others (e.g., unauthorized sharing of copyrighted music or other copyrighted material, reselling or other distribution of browser maps or photographs)
    • ix. Do not engage in activities that violate the privacy or data protection rights of others.
    • x. Don't help others break these rules.
  • b. Reinforcement. If you violate these Terms, we may, in our sole discretion, stop providing Services to you or terminate your Easy Badge account. We may also block the delivery of a communication (such as email, file sharing or instant messaging) to or from the Services in an attempt to enforce these Terms, or we may remove or refuse to post your Content for any reason. In investigating alleged violations of these Terms, Sequor reserves the right to review User Content to resolve the issue, and you authorize such review. However, we cannot monitor the entire Service and do not attempt to do so.
  • d. Sequor Terms of Service. The terms of service Sequor ( regulate the engagement of registered users with news and professionally generated content on that service. Violations of Sequor's terms of service may result in suspension or disqualification or termination of Easy Badge accounts and loss of attached information.

4. Use of Services and Support

  • a. Easy Badge account. You will need an Easy Badge account to access many of the Services. Your Easy Badge account allows you to access products, websites and services provided by Sequor and some Sequor partners.
    • i. Account createYou can create an Easy Badge account by registering online. You agree not to use false, inaccurate or misleading information when registering your Easy Badge account. In some cases, a third party, such as your Internet Service Provider, may have assigned you an Easy Badge account. If you received your Easy Badge account from a third party, the third party may have additional rights to your account, such as the ability to access or delete your Easy Badge account. Please review any additional terms provided by the third party, as Sequor has no liability with respect to any such additional terms. If you create an Easy Badge account on behalf of an entity, such as your company or employer, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You cannot transfer your Easy Badge account credentials to another user or entity. To protect your account, please keep your account details and password confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Easy Badge account.
    • ii. Account use You must use your Easy Badge account to keep it active. This means that you must log in at least once every two years to keep your Easy Badge account and associated services active, unless a longer period is set in the Easy Badge account activity criteria. If you do not log in during this period, we will assume that your Easy Badge account is inactive and close it automatically. See section 4.a.iv.2 for the consequences of a closed Easy Badge account. If we reasonably suspect that your Easy Badge account is at risk of being used by third parties fraudulently (for example, following an account compromise), Sequor may suspend your account until you can claim ownership. Depending on the nature of the compromise, we may be required to disable access to some or all of your content. If you have problems accessing your Easy Badge account, write to .
    • iii. Children's Accounts. By creating an Easy Badge account or using the Services, you agree and agree to be bound by these terms and represent that you have reached the age of majority or "legal responsibility" where you live or that your parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. If you're not sure if you've reached the age of majority or "legal responsibility" where you live, or don't understand this section, ask your parent or legal guardian for help. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor, you and the minor agree to be bound by these Terms and are responsible for all use of the Sequor account or Services, including purchases, whether or not the minor is now open or created later.
    • iv. Termination of your account
      • 1. You can cancel specific Services or close your Easy Badge account at any time and for any reason. To close your Easy Badge account. When you ask us to close your Easy Badge account, you can choose to put it on a suspended status for 30 or 60 days in case you change your mind. After this 30 or 60 day period, your Easy Badge account will be closed. See section 4.a.iv.2 below for an explanation of what happens when your Easy Badge account is terminated. Logging in again during the suspension period will reactivate your Easy Badge account.
      • 2. If your Easy Badge account is terminated (either by you or by us), a few things happen. First, your right to use your Easy Badge account to access the Services ceases immediately. Second, we will delete any Data or User Content associated with your Easy Badge account or otherwise disassociate it from you and your Easy Badge account (unless we are required by law to retain, return or transfer it to you or to a third party identified by you). You should have a regular backup plan as Easy Badge will not be able to recover your content or data once your account is closed. Third, you may lose access to the products you have purchased.
  • b. Business or school accounts.You can access certain Easy Badge services with a work or school email address. In this case, you agree that the owner of the domain associated with your e-mail address can be informed of the existence of your Easy Badge account and its associated subscriptions, control and administer your account and access and process your data, including contents of your communications and files and that Easy Badge can inform the domain owner if the account or data is compromised. The user also accepts that the use of the Easy Badge services may be subject to the agreements entered into by Easy Badge with the user or with his organization and that these Conditions may not be applicable. If you already have an Easy Badge account and are using a separate work or school email address to access the Services covered by these Terms,
  • c. Additional equipment/data plans. To use many of the Services, you will need an Internet connection and/or a data/cellular plan. You may also need additional equipment, such as a headset, camera or microphone. You are responsible for providing all connections, plans and equipment required to use the Services and for payment of fees charged by the provider(s) of your connections, plans and equipment. These fees are in addition to any fees you pay us for the Services, and we will not reimburse you for such fees. Check with your supplier(s) to determine if there are any such fees that may apply to you.
  • d. Service notifications When there is something we need to tell you about a Service you use, we will send you Service notifications. If you have provided us with your email address or phone number in connection with your Easy Badge account, we may send you service notifications by email or SMS (text message), including to verify your identity before registering your mobile number and verify your purchases. We may also send you service notifications by other means (such as through in-product messages). When you receive SMS notifications, data or messaging rates may apply.
  • e. Support. Customer support for some Services is available at the mailing address some Services may offer separate or additional customer support, subject to available terms, unless otherwise specified. Support may not be available for preview or beta versions of features or Services. The Services may not be compatible with software or services provided by third parties and you should familiarize yourself with the compatibility requirements.
  • f. Terminate your Services. If your Services are canceled (by you or by us), first your right to access the Services immediately terminates and your license to any software related to the Services terminates. Second, we will delete your Data or Content associated with the Service or otherwise disassociate it from you and your Easy Badge account (unless we are required by law to retain, return or transfer it to you or a third party). third party identified by you). As a result, you may no longer be able to access any of the Services (or your Content that you have stored on those Services). You should have a regular backup plan. Third, you may lose access to the products you have purchased. If you have canceled your Easy Badge account and no other accounts are able to access the Services, your Services may be canceled immediately.

5. Using Third Party Apps and Services

The Services may allow you to access or acquire products, services, websites, links, content, materials, games, skills, integrations, bots, or applications from independent third parties (companies or individuals who are not Sequor) (” Third Party Apps and Services"). You should review the third-party terms and privacy policies before acquiring, using, applying for, or linking your Easy Badge account to any third-party apps and services. Any third-party terms do not modify these Terms. Sequor does not license any intellectual property to the user as part of third-party apps and services. You agree to assume all risk and liability arising from your use of such third party apps and services and that Sequor is not responsible for any problems arising from your use of them. 

Sequor is not liable to you or others for any information or services provided by third-party apps and services. or by linking your Easy Badge account to any third-party apps and services. Any third-party terms do not modify these Terms. 

Sequor does not license any intellectual property to the user as part of third-party apps and services. The user agrees to assume all risks and responsibilities deriving from the use of such third-party apps and services and that Sequor is not responsible for any problems deriving from their use. 

Sequor is not liable to you or to others for information or services provided by third-party apps and services. or by connecting your Sequor account to any third-party app and service. Any third-party terms do not modify these Terms. 

Sequor does not license any intellectual property to the user as part of third-party apps and services. The user agrees to assume all risks and responsibilities deriving from the use of such third-party apps and services and that Sequor is not responsible for any problems deriving from their use.

6. Service availability

  • a. Services, Apps and Third Party Services, or material or products offered through the Services may not be available from time to time, may be offered on a limited basis, or may vary by region or device. If you change the location associated with your Easy Badge account, you may need to repurchase the material or applications that were available to you and paid for in your previous region. You agree not to access or use any material or Services that are illegal or unauthorized for use in the country from which you access or use such material or Services, or to conceal or misrepresent your location or identity in order to access or use any such material or Services.
  • b. We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services experience occasional disruptions and interruptions, and Sequor is not responsible for any interruptions or losses you may suffer as a result. In the event of an outage, you may not be able to recover your content or the data you have stored. We recommend that you regularly back up your content and data that is stored using data export or stored using third-party apps and services.

7. Updates to the Services or Software and Changes to these Terms

  • a. We may change these Terms at any time and will notify you when we do. Your use of the Services after the changes come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you must stop using the Services, close your Easy Badge account and, if you are a parent or guardian, help your minor child close his Easy Badge account.
  • b. Sometimes you will need software updates to continue using the Services. We may automatically check your software version and download software updates or configuration changes. You may also need to update your software to continue using the Services. Such updates are subject to these Terms unless other terms accompany the updates, in which case those other terms apply. Sequor is not obligated to make updates available and does not guarantee that we will support the version of the system for which you have purchased or licensed the software, apps, content or other products. Such updates may not be compatible with software or services provided by third parties. You can withdraw your consent to future software updates at any time by uninstalling the software (in the case of on promise).
  • c. In addition, there may be times when we need to remove or modify features or functionality of the Service or altogether discontinue providing a Service or your access to Third Party Apps and Services. Except as required by applicable law, we are under no obligation to provide a new download or replacement of any previously purchased materials, Digital Goods (defined in section 13.i), or applications. We may release the Services or features thereof in a preview or beta version, which may not work properly or in the same way that the final version may work.
  • d. In order for you to use digital rights management (DRM) protected material, such as music, games, movies, books, and more, DRM software can automatically contact an online rights server and download and install DRM updates.

8. Software license

Unless accompanied by a separate Easy Badge license agreement, applications purchased through certain Proprietary Stores are subject to section below.

  • a. If you comply with these Terms, we grant you the right to install and use one copy of the Device Software on a worldwide basis for use by only one person at a time as part of your use of the Services. For some devices, such software may be pre-installed for your personal, non-commercial use of the Services. The software or website that is part of the Services may include code from third parties. Any scripts or third party code linked to or referenced from the software or website are licensed to you by the third party that owns such code, not by Sequor. Warnings, if any, for third-party code are included for your information only.
  • The software is licensed, not sold, and Sequor reserves all rights in the software not expressly granted by Sequor, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. This license gives you no rights and you may not:
    • i. circumvent or circumvent any technological protection measures in or relating to the software or the Services;
    • ii. disassemble, decompile, decrypt, hack, emulate, exploit, or reverse engineer any software or other aspect of the Services included in or accessible through the Services, except and only to the extent applicable copyright law expressly permits;
    • iii. separate components of the software or the Services for use on different devices;
    • iv. publish, copy, rent, lease, sell, export, import, distribute or lend the software or Services, unless Sequor expressly authorizes the user to do so;
    • v. transfer the software, any software licenses, or any right to access or use the Services;
    • vi. use the Services in any unauthorized manner that could interfere with any third party's use of the Services or gain access to any service, data, account or network;
    • vii. allow access to the Services or modify any device authorized by Sequor (for example, IOT devices, APIs, etc.) by unauthorized third-party applications.

9, Payment terms

If you purchase a Service, these payment terms apply to your purchase and you agree to them.

  • a. Expenses. If there is a charge associated with any portion of the Services, you agree to pay such charge in the specified currency. The price quoted for the Services excludes all applicable taxes and currency exchange agreements, unless otherwise indicated. All paid product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. You are solely responsible for paying any such taxes or other charges. Easy Badge calculates taxes based on the residential address associated with your billing information. You are responsible for ensuring that this address is current and accurate. Except for Easy Badge products, fees are calculated based on your location at the time of Easy Badge account registration, unless local law requires a different basis for the calculation. We may suspend or cancel the Services if we do not receive timely and full payment from you. Suspension or cancellation of the Services for non-payment may result in loss of access and use of your account and its contents. Connecting to the Internet through a corporate or other private network that masks your location may result in charges that are different than those displayed for your actual location. Depending on your location, some transactions may require foreign currency conversion or be processed in another country. Your bank may charge you additional fees for these services when you use a debit or credit card. Please contact your bank for details.
  • b. Your billing account. To pay charges for a Service, you will be asked to provide a payment method when you register for that Service. For all Services, you can access and change your billing information and payment method on the billing management website ( In addition, you agree to allow Sequor to use any updated account information relating to your selected payment method provided by your issuing bank or applicable payment network. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as necessary in connection with your transactions. Changes you make to your billing account will not affect charges we send to your billing account before we can reasonably act on your changes to your billing account.
  • c. Invoices. By providing Sequor with a payment method, you (i) represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate; (ii) authorize Sequor to charge the user for the Services or the content available using their payment method; and (iii) authorize Sequor to charge the user for any paid features of the Services that the user chooses to subscribe to or use during the validity period of these Terms. We may bill you (a) in advance; (b) at the time of purchase; (c) immediately after your purchase; or (d) on a recurring basis for Subscription Services. We may also charge you up to the amount you have approved and will notify you in advance of any changes to the amount you charge for recurring Subscription Services.
  • d. Recurring payments. When you purchase Subscription Services (e.g. monthly, quarterly, or annually), you agree to authorize recurring payments, and payments will be made to Sequor in the recurring method and intervals you agree to, until the subscription for that Service is is terminated by the user or by Sequor. You must cancel your Services before your next billing date to stop being charged to continue your Services. We will provide you with instructions on how to cancel the Services. By authorizing recurring payments, you authorize Sequor to process such payments as electronic debits or fund transfers or as electronic drafts from the designated account (for Automated Clearing House or similar payments) or as debits to the designated account (for credit cards or payments similar) (collectively, Electronic Payment's "). Subscription fees are generally charged in advance of the applicable subscription period. If a payment is returned unpaid, or if any credit card or similar transaction is declined or denied, Sequor or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable refund item, decline, or insufficient funds fee and process such payment as payment electronic.
  • e. Online declaration and errors. For all Services other than Easy Badge, Sequor will provide the user with an EasyBadge portal online account statement in the billing section, where it is possible to view and print your statement. For Sequor, you can access your online statement by logging into your account at This is the only billing statement we provide. If we make an error on the invoice, you must notify us within 90 days of the error first appearing on the invoice. We will then promptly investigate the charge. If you do not inform us within that period, you release us from all liability and claims for loss arising from the error and we will not be required to correct the error or provide a refund, unless otherwise required by law. If Sequor has identified a billing error, we will correct it within 90 days. This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
  • f. Refund Policy. Except as otherwise required by law or the terms of a particular offering of Services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that Sequor has charged you in error, you must contact us within 90 days of such charge. Refunds will not be given for charges older than 90 days, unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or a similar refund in the future. This refund policy is without prejudice to any applicable statutory rights. If you live in Taiwan or Israel, please note that according to the Consumer Protection Act and related regulations, all purchases relating to digital content provided in intangible form and/or online services are final and non-refundable when such content or services has been provided online. You are not entitled to request any cooling-off period or any refund.
  • g. Cancellation of Services. You can cancel a Service at any time, with or without a reason. Canceling Paid Services stops future charges to continue the Service. To cancel a Service and request a refund, if you are eligible, visit the Easy Badge account management website. You should refer to the offer describing the Services as (i) you may not receive a refund upon cancellation; (ii) you may be required to pay cancellation fees; (iii) you may be required to pay all charges made to your billing account for the Services prior to the cancellation date; and (iv) you may lose access to and use of your account when you cancel the Services; or, if you live in Taiwan or Israel, (v) you may receive a refund equal to the unused fees you paid for a Service calculated at the time of cancellation. Contact an Easy Badge representative to get a refund if you are eligible. We will process your Data as described in section 4 above. If you cancel, your access to the Services ends at the end of your current period of Service or, if we bill your account on a recurring basis, at the end of the period in which you cancelled. If you initiate a chargeback or reversal with your bank for payment for the Services, we will consider that you have canceled as of the date the original payment was made and you authorize us to immediately cancel your service and/or revoke any content that was provided to you in exchange for such payment.
  • h. Trial period offers. If you are on a trial period offer, you may be required to cancel the trial Service(s) within the period of time notified to you when you accepted the offer, in order to avoid the charge to continue the Service(s) at the end of the trial period.
  • i. Promotional offers. From time to time, Sequor may offer Services free of charge for a trial period. Sequor reserves the right to charge you for such Services (at the normal rate) if Sequor determines (in its reasonable discretion) that you are violating the terms of the offer.
  • j. Price changes. We may change the price of the Services at any time and if you have a recurring purchase, we will notify you by email, or other reasonable means, at least 15 days in advance of the price change. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel and stop using the Services before the price change takes effect. If there is a fixed duration and price for the offer of the Service, that price will remain in effect for the fixed duration.
  • K. Payments to you. If we owe you a payment, you agree to promptly and accurately provide us with all information we need to obtain such payment. Subject to applicable law, you are responsible for any taxes and charges you may incur as a result of this payment. You must also comply with any other conditions we place on your right to any payment. If you receive a payment in error, we may cancel or request a return of your payment. You agree to cooperate with us in our efforts to do so. We may also reduce your payment without notice to reflect any previous overpayment.

10. Contracting entity, choice of law and venue for dispute resolution

For free and paid use of the EasyBAdge Consumer Branded Services, if you reside outside of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, are contracting with, and all references to “Sequor” in these Terms mean. For free or paid consumer Sequor branded Services, if you reside outside of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Albanian law governs the interpretation of these Terms and your claims for violation thereof, regardless of conflict-of-law principles. The laws of the province or country where you live govern all other claims (including consumer protection, unfair competition and tort claims). If you live outside Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the user and Easy Badge irrevocably accept the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Albanian courts for all disputes deriving from or relating to the Sequor branded Services for consumers. 

Local consumer laws may require certain local laws to govern or give you the right to resolve disputes in another forum notwithstanding these Terms. In such case, the choice of law and forum provisions in section 10 will apply to the extent permitted by local consumer laws.

11. Warranties

  • c. For consumers living in Australia: Our products and services come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
    • cancel your service agreement with us; and
    • to reimbursement of the unused part, or to compensation for its lower value.

    You also have the right to choose a refund or replacement for major faults with the goods. If a failure of the goods or a service does not constitute a serious failure, you have the right to have the failure repaired within a reasonable time. Otherwise you have the right to a refund of the goods and the termination of the contract for the service and obtain a refund for the unused part. You also have the right to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a failure in the goods or service.

  • d. For consumers living in New Zealand, you may have statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and nothing in these Terms is intended to affect those rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • a. If you have a basis for recovering damages (including for your breach of these Terms), to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that your sole remedy is to recover, from Sequor or any of its affiliates, reseller , distributor, Third Party Apps and Service Providers and sellers, direct damages up to an amount equal to the fee for the Services for the month during which the loss or infringement occurred (or up to €10.00 EU if the services are free).
  • b. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you cannot recover any (i) consequential loss or damage; (ii) loss of actual or anticipated profits (direct or indirect); (iii) loss of actual or anticipated income (direct or indirect); (iv) loss of contract or business or other loss or damage arising from your use of the Services in any other way than for you; (v) special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damage; and (vi) to the extent permitted by law, direct loss or damage in excess of the limits specified in section 12.a above. These limitations and exclusions apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any loss or failure of its essential purpose or if we knew or should have known of the possibility of the damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
  • c. Sequor is not responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond Sequor's reasonable control (such as labor disputes, acts of God, war or terrorist activity, malicious damage, accident, or compliance with any applicable law or governmental order). Sequor will use reasonable efforts to minimize the effects of any of these events and to fulfill obligations that are not affected.

13. Service Specific Terms

The terms before and after section 13 generally apply to all Services. This section contains service-specific terms in addition to the general terms. These service-specific terms govern if they conflict with the general terms.

13.1 Easy Badge

15. Complaints must be filed within one year

Any claim relating to these Terms or the Services must be filed in court (or arbitration if section 10.d applies) within one year from the date the claim was first filed, unless local law does not require a longer time to file complaints.
