FREEMIUM service
FREEMIUM term offers for free a basic version of the proprietary product, for a limited period of time and possibly in proposing additional features for a fee.
The service is available from the moment of registration for 3 months, with all the functions, with the exception of the uploading of files, logos or other files pertaining to the customer. Some features that need files uploaded by the user to work will be excluded from the Basic version.
The service is available in its basic functionality FREE for 3 MONTHS!
Description of the subscription service
All file upload and customization functions are inhibited, with the subscription service, there is the availability of:
- Upload the logo for prints
- Upload the image for evacuation indications
- Some future developments, which will be covered in the terms and conditions
- Multiple site management extended compared to FREE

Personal Badges are billed upon monthly accrual and aggregated to all Personal Badges in a monthly solution, regardless of the plan subscribed. On the first day of the month, all Badges with a persistence of 1 month will be accounted for, the others with shorter periods will not be accounted for.

Type of subscription plans
The typologies are mainly distinguished by how many sites, buildings or gates are manned. The number of numbered badges are sized for large use in any case. Here we try to give a concise explanation, but if you have further doubts, do not hesitate to contact us using the fillable FORM.
What is meant by sites or access/passage
The term site refers to an "Access Site", i.e. an access point manned by personnel.
It depends on the shape of the site. A site means a building with one access, if a site has multiple accesses a multi-site subscription is required.
Here are simple examples:
1 Site or Gap: Base 1 or Yearly 1
From 2 Sites or Gaps: Base 3 or Yearly 3
From 4 to 10 Sites or Gaps: Base 10 or Yearly 10
Billing periods
For management reasons, billing is carried out in certain periods of time. Invoicing will last 12 months, la fattura verrà emessa a pagamento avvenuto il primo giorno lavorativo non festivo. Il recesso può modificare alcuni parametri da verificare dalla sezione amministrazione.
Personal BADGEs are valued monthly and invoiced, with reference to that period. The reason for the invoice will be indicated as “Personal BADGE Balance”, indicating the number and the period.
The invoice request follows the regulations in force in the country in which this document is issued.
Withdrawal from the subscription
The parties can justify the withdrawal from subscriptions and constraints at any time. The withdrawal, with monthly payment, ends with the payment period already made. Withdrawal with annual payment ends with the year and no credit or compensation is expected. The customer is free not to renew the subscription so that the service enters 60 days after non-renewal, it will be suspended, as indicated by the policy.
