May 2025, in honor of the public market launch, we are pleased to present a new way to interact with EasyBadge.net
Using the API, it connects to the site and periodically downloads information from EasyBadge, creating an internal web interface that allows you to view general contact information, eliminating paper address books, updates, and emails forever. It can be an internal physical personal computer (Appliance) or a virtual machine (Virtual) within our computer network that exposes the useful information service of EasyBadge.
This tool is placed as a smart local extension of the EasyBadge service, designed for:
Simplify daily interaction with the platform.
Making your company website a hotspot and not passive in access management.
Offering added value to the EasyBadge subscription for companies that are more attentive to image and reception efficiency.

We have created a dashboard web con Node.js which connects to the EasyBadge.net portal via API. Current features include:
View visitors in the last 30 seconds.
Integration possible with the attendance tracking system for internal staff.
Internal directory: internal company staff.
External directory (shared): includes external professional contacts (e.g. company doctor, technicians, suppliers).
Active functions within the company website that interact directly with EasyBadge.
It aims to provide a refined and punctual welcome to visitors who show up at the entrance or at reception.
What we have described is much more than an interface: it is the core of an intelligent digital reception system.
Backend: Node.js + librerie HTTP client for API EasyBadge
