Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The purpose of data processing and the legal basis on which it is based is consent. Consent allows:
- retain information of natural and legal persons;
- retain day, money and license plates of means of transport;
- Association between a physical or legal operator and the means by which he travels to the client;
- communicate by email using the information entered for the purpose of the EasyBadge service;
- retain the information for the time necessary to complete the service provided.
Legitimate interests
Legitimate interests, are:
- the client who signs up for the subscription;
- Who collects data for operational functions
- company the subscriber works for
The DPO will not use the information entered by the client under any circumstances and will not share the data with other clients, except as required by law or law enforcement, in accordance with the laws in force.
Recipients or categories of recipients
The data collected from people, customers, suppliers and entities that the client deems useful for the purpose of normal management and possibly risk management. The recipients will be able to interact with the client to simplify consents to the use of non-sensitive information and to a verticalized and temporary use of the information.
Retention period
Retention period in EasyBadge is:
- 2 years after termination of the contract, all data will be deleted
- 10 years in case of current use
- The cancellation and export is a right of the customer who can request it at any time from the procedure
The deletion of data is automated, informing the client who has subscribed to the subscription by email 60 days before the execution.
Rights of the interested party
The rights of the interested party are guaranteed and, if applicable, adequate to their use. They are: access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition and portability of data.
Right to withdraw consent
The interested party has the right to withdraw consent at any time, when the processing is based on consent. If the procedure does not include automation, it is possible via email.
Right to lodge a complaint
The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, at any time, justifying the context.
Right to cancel your subscription
The interested party has the right to cancel the subscription at any time.
The right to revoke allows you to request a refund for the period not accrued, in the case of an annual subscription. No refund is available for a monthly subscription.
Data communication is mandatory
The communication of data between the client and EasyBadge is mandatory in order to operate on the purpose.
Communication between the client and the registered natural or legal entity is relevant for the client and not for EasyBadge.
EasyBadge assumes no responsibility for the failure to communicate, by the client and its partners during data processing and for incorrect information on email addresses or security impediments to communication.
Decision making processes
There are automated decision-making processes, on the deletion of data including profiling, and significant information on the logic used and their importance. This profiling has as a consequence, the provision of information to territorial competent bodies that is outside the contract between the parties. The provision is managed by the territorial legal office and not by EasyBadge.
