The service is available from the moment of registration for 3 months, with all the functions, with the exception of the uploading of files, logos or other files pertaining to the customer. Some features that need files uploaded by the user to work will be excluded from the Basic version.
The service is available in its basic functionality FREE for 3 MONTHS!
Description of the subscription service
All file upload and customization functions are inhibited, with the subscription service, there is the availability of:

- Some future developments, which will be covered in the terms and conditions

Cosa si intende reception?
The term reception refers to an "Access to a site", i.e. a personnel-controlled entrance where people without managed authorizations (such as employees or daily staff) pass through.
It depends on the site's layout. An access point is a building with one access point. If a site has multiple access points, a subscription with multiple managed receptions is required.
Billing periods
For management reasons, billing is carried out in certain periods of time. Invoicing will last 12 months, la fattura verrà emessa a pagamento avvenuto il primo giorno lavorativo non festivo. Il recesso può modificare alcuni parametri da verificare dalla sezione amministrazione.
Personal BADGEs are valued monthly and invoiced, with reference to that period. The reason for the invoice will be indicated as “Personal BADGE Balance”, indicating the number and the period.
The invoice request follows the regulations in force in the country in which this document is issued.
Withdrawal from the subscription
The parties can justify the withdrawal from subscriptions and constraints at any time. The withdrawal, with monthly payment, ends with the payment period already made. Withdrawal with annual payment ends with the year and no credit or compensation is expected. The customer is free not to renew the subscription so that the service enters 60 days after non-renewal, it will be suspended, as indicated by the policy.
