Use of artificial intelligence on this site

This site does not currently use artificial intelligence systems to provide its services, make user decisions, or personalize content. All available functions (browsing pages, submitting forms, managing orders, etc.) are based on traditional software.

Some images in the articles may have been created or retouched with digital graphics tools, possibly based on artificial intelligence techniques, but they are for illustrative and informative purposes only and do not affect the services offered or the user data processed.Customer feedback via email has a positive impact on each version release. Having a relationship with just one registered user of a company allows us to communicate in a practical manner.

The research and development activities for the software solutions described on the site are carried out using traditional methods (study of technical documentation, consultation of public sources, general search engines, manual testing).
In the future, we may introduce an artificial intelligence system (large language model, “LLM”) solely to automate the completion of repetitive text, such as appointment notes like “Mr. [name] has arrived for [service],” which today would still be entered manually by an operator. In any case, these features will always be subject to human supervision and will not be used to make automated decisions about users.

Any future changes in the use of artificial intelligence systems will be described and updated on this page in a clear and understandable manner, in compliance with relevant European and national legislation (including the European Union's AI Act).
