SEQUOR S.H.PH. company specialized in information management of large real estate assets. Our experience is deliberately poured into software that in the future can solve a multiplicity of easily computerized problems.
The components used for software development are primarily open LGPL 1 or 2. The use of open software reduces the effort of personnel for control and management. This allows you to take advantage of the service and support, significantly reducing costs and focusing on the true objective of the work required.
A different approach is based on customizations, which require pushed components and paid third-party services, which are necessary to push beyond the limits of unprofessional programming.

Where the data resides
The company, although not European, has decided from the beginning to operate with European providers based in Germany (Nordrhein-Westfalen), for the advanced security conditions that a data center must have today, putting EasyBadge to the advantage of the entire ecosystem. Being a solution started with an Italian, Albanian and Greek customer, the solution of a European Data Center was obvious and the initial language English / Italian an excellent choice.

Subscriber: subscription management and portal administration

Billing or administrative management
Communications regarding administrative management and invoicing are initially established with the person who has accessed the guestbook.easybadge.net portal. All administrative information can be modified in the “Management of information for invoicing” section, where a certified PEC or simple email is required to send such communication to an address other than the person who signs up for the subscription, in the Profile section. Any other administrative request will be made via email to info@easybadge.net, specifying the “customer code” found in the “Profile” section in the Web App.
Improving the services offered
Improvements, implemented in the services offered, corrections and other system changes will be documented and sent to the subscriber, referring to the period and reason for the operation.
The service is offered with an updated English online Help, with some specifications.

Legal or tax obligations
The processing of your personal data may be necessary to fulfill legal, accounting and tax obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, in compliance with applicable legislation, including legislation on safety in the workplace.

Direct Marketing
With the consent explicit of the interested party (art. 6.1.a GDPR), the personal data collected may be used for:
- send promotional or informative communications on products and services offered by EasyBadge or selected partners;
- invitations to events or updates regarding new features of the service;
- analysis activities to personalize commercial communications.
The consent optional and my be revoked at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its revocation. The user can oppose at any time the sending of commercial communications through the link at the bottom of each email or by writing to info@easybadge.net.
In the absence of consent, the data will not be used for direct marketing purposes.
IT Security
The user's personal data may be processed in order to guarantee the security of the platform, prevent unauthorized access, fraudulent activities, abuse of services and to protect the integrity and availability of data and systems.
This purpose includes technical activities such as:
monitoring access and system logs;

prevention of fraud or illicit use of the platform;
protection from malware, DoS/DDoS attacks and data loss.
In these cases, the legal basis for the processing is constituted by the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR) to protect the security of its systems and guarantee the continuity of the service offered. Such treatments are proportionate, limited to what is necessary and do not involve profiling.
Rights of interested parties
Pursuant to articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the user, as an interested party, has the right to
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him and their communication in an intelligible form (right of access);
- request the rectification, updating or integration of data (right of rectification);
- obtain the erasure of data processed unlawfully or no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected (right to be forgotten);
- request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 GDPR;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another owner (right to portability);
- to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data (right to object);
- not be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, except in the cases provided for by art. 22 GDPR.
Requests should be sent to the Data Controller, using the contact details provided in this notice. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which they habitually reside, work or where the alleged infringement occurred.
Data transfers to third countries
The optional choice made during registration “Consent to communicate data to third parties and partners” and the consequent possibility of modifying it at any time via a simple email to info@easybadge.net, allows EasyBadge.net to create promotion, respecting the scope of relevance of the product or similar products. EasyBadge proposes itself as a partner for sector management in the Facility, security and management sector. Communication will only take place in this sense and in the event of changes, the updated information will be communicated via email.
Using AI tools
EasyBadge.net is made with the help of AI (Artificial Intelligence), it is a tool that allows to improve the code, under the responsibility of the developer. At the moment there is no connection To and from an AI service.
No information entered at the Database level is shared or managed at this time, with this type of tool.
Acquisition systems that use EasyBAdge APIs can make use of this technology, but remain separate processes from the core application.
Comments on articles and pages
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form as well as the visitor's IP address and the browser user agent string to facilitate spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS).
