The purpose of data processing and the legal basis on which it is based is consent. Consent allows:<\/p>

  • retain information of natural and legal persons;<\/li>
  • retain day, money and license plates of means of transport;<\/li>
  • Association between a physical or legal operator and the means by which he travels to the client;<\/li>
  • communicate by email using the information entered for the purpose of the EasyBadge service;<\/li>

      The retention period in EasyBadge \u201cData minimization, retention\u201d<\/p>

      • Permanent deletion of the account and all information at the user's discretion at any time;<\/li>
      • Automatically, after 2 years from the transfer of the contract, all data will be permanently deleted;<\/li>
      • 10 years in case of current use;<\/li>
      • The cancellation and export is a right of the customer who can request it at any time from the procedure;<\/li><\/ul>

        The deletion of data is automated, informing the client who has subscribed to the subscription by email 60 days before the execution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

        Communication between the client and the registered natural or legal entity is relevant for the client and not for EasyBadge.<\/p>

        EasyBadge assumes no responsibility for the failure to communicate, by the client and its partners during data processing and for incorrect information on email addresses or security impediments to communication.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

        There are automated decision-making processes, on the deletion of data including profiling, and significant information on the logic used and their importance. This profiling has as a consequence, the provision of information to territorial competent bodies that is outside the contract between the parties.
